""I do not say this very often b/c customer service in America SUCKS. But these people knocked it out of the park for me. Had to reestablish DISH connection and bought a STARLINK. If you’ve ever spent half your day talking with 6 different people at DISH, half that don’t speak English, you know what I’m talking about. Paige got me reestablished with DISH and a tech appt within 30min, and took the extra step of closing the loop on the appointment with their disp before hanging up with DISH. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Neal got me all set up and walked me through the start up procedure. These folks got it together, know what they’re doing and has to be done, and care about what they’re doing. A rare find these days. Nobody does this level service anymore. Thank you!""
